Phillip Brunelle Wins Combined $1M Off 2 Tickets On Same Day

phillip-brunelle-lottery29 Year old Phillip Brunelle from Fall River, MASS decided he should buy one more lottery ticket after winning a $1000.00 scratch off prize earlier in the day, this past Sunday.    Using his lucky penny on the Billion Dollar Bonana ($20.00) ticket he purchased, Phil revealed a $1 million dollar prize to shocked onlookers.

Brunelle, a photographer, plans to open up a studio and help his mother with his cash prizes.

Lottery Numbers Sink As Sales Decline

LOTTERY 3 YASUKAWALottery sales are finally being impacted by the economy.   Following a surge in sales as people scrambled to try to pay bills, lottery sales are now falling because people are out of money and have given up all hope.  

Most states are now reporting 5-10% declines in ticket sales and an increased number of potholes.  Are you still playing the lottery despite the lackluster economy because you have higher odds of winning with less players?
