Grand Prize winning number ($250,000) is 00012370.

$25,000 prizes are 00006502, 00018933, 00043080, 00071835, and 00075141.

Delaware Lottery officials commented that sales trends for this year’s new years even raffle were “sluggish”.   Tickets cost $10.00 and can be purchased until 3pm on Dec 31,2008.   The top prize is $250,000 cash.
