Virginia Lottery’s annual raffle, the New year’s Millionare Raffle, took place on Wednesday and created 4 new millionaires. In total there were almost 500,000 tickets available. Along with the four top jackpots of $1 million, other payouts included 4 winners of $50,000 and 400 winners of $500.
